My mother goes to CUNTRY doctor. I'm a dog. She has PTSD and anxiety and I am her emotional support animal. Even though she has been going to Cuntry doctor for years they still treat her like they do not know that she has PTSD. She was diagnosed with the disease after age 10. Her Doctor Katherine Hester never follows up with labs. My mom had a really scary diagnosis and her doctor still hasn't followed up. People at Cuntry doctor tell her to "calm down" when she can't get a hold of anyone and is forced to AI her ultrasound results. Do not go to Cuntry doctor until they learn how to read a book about PTSD and mental health!

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I have received at Seattle Roots Community Health at Country Doctor Community Clinic. From my primary care provider, to my Gender Health Navigator, my Medical Case Manager, my Behavioral Health Counselor, and the many staff members working behind the scenes, every person has treated me with professionalism, kindness, dignity, and genuine respect. As a woman navigating gender-affirming care, I have felt heard, supported, and included throughout every step of the process. My care team has taken the time to answer questions, coordinate referrals, communicate clearly, and make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel organized and manageable. What has stood out to me most is the collaboration within the clinic. My providers work together as a true team, ensuring that everyone involved in my care is informed and focused on helping me achieve the best possible outcome. That level of coordination has given me tremendous confidence and peace of mind. Really great experience as a new patient meeting Dr. Kanika Ramchandani. She was thorough and made me feel comfortable. All questions and requests were addressed. Receptionist and support staff were nice. They even got me in early.

Allison and Kanika along with Dr Jones while Kanika was on leave we seriously amazing personally so sad to leave them but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them and so thankful I got to have my first baby here. They are so caring and willing to hear you if somethings going on 100/10 recommend

Customer service is a total joke. I called multiple times trying to get urgent medical records, and no one answered. I left several voicemails and spoke with a patient service rep, Liz, twice. The first call was disconnected after a long wait, and she was completely unhelpful. I was also shocked that there isn’t even a way to email Medical Records directly or send a MyChart message. I asked to speak with an office manager, but no one has followed up. This experience pushed me to switch to another provider.
